AC Repair
Fast diagnosis, same-day cooling — serving Staten Island, Brooklyn & surrounding areas within 30 miles.
Professional ac repair in Staten Island
When your air conditioning quits in the middle of a New York summer, waiting is not an option. EM Mechanical NY LLC diagnoses and repairs every major residential and light-commercial AC system — central air, heat pumps, and ductless units. We arrive with the gauges, refrigerant, and common replacement parts already on the truck, so most repairs are finished in a single visit rather than stretched across a week of return trips.
Every visit starts the same way: we find out what actually failed before we quote anything. You get a written price, an honest recommendation about repair versus replacement, and measured proof that the system works before we pack up.

Call & Dispatch
Tell us the symptoms over the phone and we schedule a technician — including nights and weekends.
Full Diagnosis
We test refrigerant pressures, electrical draw, and airflow to find the real cause, not just the symptom.
Upfront Pricing
You approve a clear, itemized price before any repair work begins. No surprise charges.
Repair & Verify
We complete the repair, then measure the temperature split to confirm the system is truly cooling correctly.
Held to the same standard on every call
Good HVAC work comes from disciplined habits, not shortcuts. This is what every ac repair job gets, whether it is a $200 repair or a full system replacement.
Straight Answers
Plain-English explanation of what failed and why, before you are asked to decide anything.
Correct Sizing
Replacements are sized by load calculation, never by rule of thumb or by matching the old nameplate.
Stocked Trucks
Capacitors, contactors, igniters, and common parts ride with us, so most repairs finish in one visit.
Respect for the Home
Drop cloths, shoe covers, and a clean work area. We leave the space the way we found it.
Verified Before We Leave
Every job ends with measured performance readings confirming the system genuinely works.
