Staten Island is where EM Mechanical NY LLC is based, and it is the borough we know best. Our shop sits in Mariners Harbor, which means most of the island is a short drive rather than a trip across a bridge. When you call with no heat in January or a failed compressor in July, we are not routing a technician in from another county.

The housing stock here is unusually varied, and that shapes the work. The older North Shore neighborhoods around St. George, Port Richmond, and West Brighton are full of steam and hot-water boilers that need genuine hydronic experience. The mid-island and South Shore developments through New Springville, Great Kills, and Annadale lean heavily on forced-air systems and central AC. Waterfront properties add salt-air corrosion on outdoor condensers that inland units simply do not face.
